The table below lists the courier service order statuses recognized by the Gold Apple IS.

General Delivery and Processing Statuses (assigned to orders located in the destination city)

Status description	Status code
The order was created in the ECS's IS but requires additional validation	ECS_ORDER_CREATED
The order passed validation and was accepted for processing by the courier service IS.	ECS_ORDER_ACCEPTED
The order has arrived in the destination city and is awaiting courier assignment (for courier delivery); the order arrived at the PP (for delivery to a PP)	ECS_ORDER_READY_FOR_APPOINTMENT
A courier has been assigned to the order	ECS_COURIER_APPOINTED
The order was handed over for delivery, the courier is en route	ECS_ORDER_TAKEN_BY_COURIER
The order was delivered to the customer in full	ECS_ORDER_DELIVERED
The order was delivered to the customer partially	ECS_ORDER_DELIVERED_PARTIALLY
An unsuccessful delivery attempt to the customer	ECS_DELIVERY_ATTEMPT
The order was given to the customer for try-on by the courier	ECS_ORDER_GIVEN_TO_TRY_ON
The order is ready to be handed to the customer at the PP	ECS_ORDER_READY_TO_PICK_UP

Consolidation and Transit Statuses for the Direct Process (assigned to orders in transit to the destination city)

Handed to the ECS carrier at the shipping warehouse	ECS_ORDER_TAKEN_FROM_SHIPMENT_WAREHOUSE
The courier service's first physical receipt of the order at a warehouse	ECS_ORDER_FIRST_ACCEPTANCE
Sent to the ECS transit hub	ECS_ORDER_SENT_TO_TRANSIT_CITY
Registered at the ECS transit hub	ECS_ORDER_ACCEPTED_IN_TRANSIT_CITY_HUB

Return Consolidation and Transit Statuses for the Return Process (statuses assigned to orders being returned)

The order was returned to the ECS warehouse	ECS_RETURN_FIRST_ACCEPTANCE
The order was sent to the ECS transit hub	ECS_RETURN_SENT_TO_TRANSIT_CITY
